Out of over 10,000 products to be judged by the Guild of Fine Food only 3,539 are awarded stars at the Great Taste awards and Silver Hill have come home with an amazing 7 stars of our very own.  In particular, we received a fantastic 2 gold stars for our duck fat.

Run by the London-based Guild of Fine Food, the awards, dubbed ‘the Food Oscars’, have become the largest and most highly trusted accreditation scheme for speciality food and drink producers.
