At the recent Irish Quality food awards, Silver Hill Farm once again took the top spot in the Game category for our Confit of Duck Leg product. What perhaps is not known widely, is that this is the 3^rd year in a row that this particular product has retained the Top spot, highlighting the quality of the product and the consistency in its taste. In fact, Silver Hill managed to have four of our products shortlisted in the category which again shows the quality of the products coming from this well-known Monaghan producer. On the night of the awards itself, the winning product featured as a starter on the menu, so all those attending managed to have a taste of the successful product for themselves.
